Fields of Blank is a newsletter from Jordan Westfall — hey, that’s me! I’m a writer, illustrator, designer, sister, bibliophile, indulgent friend, video game newbie, and sports docuseries enthusiast. My creative work blends sleepover magic with humor, 90s/00s aesthetics, attitude, and curiosity.

I like to believe my creative career really debuted in 2nd grade when I brought my Girl Scout troop to hysterical tears through sharing a detailed drawing of our teacher’s funeral. Parents were called, snacks forgotten, and my love for storytelling was ignited.

Speaking of storytelling — that’s why we are here! Fields of Blank is my corner of the internet to collect writing, illustrations, diary entries, nostalgia, photographs, and lists in order to tell my story. This newsletter (coming soon!) is my party invite to stay present, be comforted by the past, and get excited about your future.
