A Life That Feels Like Home
Writing from that past to the now
My friends,
I am writing to you today from six months ago. Six months ago, it was January 19th. Do you remember your thoughts from then? The worries, the aches? Do you remember where the sun found you, what you were hoping for six months from then? Suddenly, we are here in the curiosity of now.

My message is simple and clear: this is all practice. Practice everything! You are a life learner. You are a student in this grand world of living, tending to your inner and outer garden, inviting love, safety, and kindness to bloom. I’m guessing that loving yourself for who you are, with what you have in this moment and without striving to change, is a challenge. If you agree, I’m here to say I see you and that I can relate. If I had to guess, the challenge of loving yourself comes from your wounds, from surviving hardships, and from trading wants for love outside yourself. If you agree, I’m here to say I see you and that I love you for trying.
You have learned so much in six months. You have learned it is okay to just be who you are in each moment. Some moments loving yourself completely feels divine, joyous, and easy. And other days, it is really hard to hold. My message for the easy and the hard days is the same: reach in gratitude toward those you love. Often times those folks are waiting to share something you need to hear. Share, practice, lean-in, love.
My friends, I am so proud of you for knowing what you need. You can trust yourself and you have a strong intuition on what would be most helpful. How beautiful is that knowing? May this letter be a reminder of the simple, a reminder of the moment, a reminder of yourself. Keep looking.
With love & possibility

Jordy’s Magic Elixir of Desires (open in July) (keep practicing) I am decisive with my time, energy, resources. I possess a strong ability for discernment. I am gentle, compassionate, resilient and patient with my patterns. I act, love, and speak from a place of calm, ease, and flow. I acknowledge when I am using old curriculum and pivot. I am in alignment with my values, my heart, my body, my spirit. I am able to slow down, feel grounded more often than not. I don’t make experiences about my worth. I am not afraid of making mistakes. I am worthy of love, care, attention. I can let go of what is ready to be put behind me. I live well: rested, resourced, and grounded. I remember I have a body that knows more than my heart and mind! I remember that loving myself is a worthy investment. I remember this is all practice, I can always begin again.

the elixir is potent!
